How We Work
An advertising campaign and a software project do not follow the same steps. We shape a clear, practical workflow around the type of work involved.
Three projects, three starting points
Advertising management
We start from account structure, goals, budget, tracking and access. Ongoing campaigns are regular review and optimization—not a single delivery date.
Web and software
First we define the need, users and required features. Design, build, test and launch follow that scope; maintenance can sit as a separate line.
Video production
Message, platforms, shoot needs and delivery formats come first. Prep, filming and edit include review points sized to the project.
The usual stages
- 01
Discovery
We listen to your goals and review existing materials, such as your website, campaigns or brand assets. Not every detail needs to be settled in the first meeting.
- 02
Define the need
We agree on the problem to solve, the audience and the outputs needed. Exclusions are just as useful as inclusions when defining scope.
- 03
Creative or technical direction
Where needed, we establish the design approach, content idea or technical solution. Straightforward tasks may move directly into implementation.
- 04
Plan and proposal
The scope, possible deliverables, approval points and schedule are confirmed in the proposal. Advertising budgets and agency service fees should be clearly distinguished.
- 05
Production and implementation
Depending on the project, this may mean design, filming, development or campaign management. Progress is reviewed against agreed checkpoints.
- 06
Review
We compare the work with the original objectives. Web projects need functional checks; production needs content and delivery review; advertising needs reliable measurement and relevant metrics.
- 07
Handover or ongoing work
Some projects end with delivery. Others continue through campaign management, social media operations or further development. Ongoing work is defined separately.
A process that fits the work
Not every project needs all seven stages in the same form. Updating an existing identity differs from building one from scratch; managing an existing ad account differs from launching a new campaign.
What is agreed in the proposal?
Scope, responsibilities, deliverables, possible revisions and timing are agreed for each project. This page is not a fixed delivery promise or a contract.
