Digital Marketing
How do we build a digital marketing strategy?
We first identify the goal: sales, quote requests, bookings, customer acquisition or awareness. We then review existing channels, content and customer touchpoints to create a realistic plan.
Goals and starting point
We look at the business model, audience, current channels and any previous campaign outcomes.
Audience and messaging
We define whom to address, which need to answer and which relevant brand strengths to communicate.
Channel and budget planning
We assign clear roles to Google Ads, Meta advertising, social media and the website, then prioritize budget accordingly.
Measurement and review
We aim to track suitable measures such as visits, enquiries or sales and use the available data to inform the next decisions.
Meta advertising and campaign coordination
Facebook and Instagram ads can be considered in relation to audience interests and content engagement. Where Meta advertising is in scope, we plan targeting, creative, budgets and conversion objectives together.
If the campaign calls for new visuals, video or a landing page, we scope the creative, production and development tasks separately. Not every service is automatically part of one package.
How is this different from Google Ads management?
Digital marketing is the broader plan for how channels work toward a shared goal. Google Ads management focuses on account setup, keywords, campaign optimization and reporting within Google’s advertising platform.
For example, Meta advertising may help generate interest while Google Search addresses existing demand. We define each channel’s role in the customer journey rather than treating them as interchangeable.
Our working process
01 — Understand the need
We agree on the situation, objectives and how success should be assessed.
02 — Prioritize the work
We identify the most relevant channels, messages, content and technical needs.
03 — Deliver the plan
We implement the campaign and content activities included in the agreed scope.
04 — Review the outcomes
We use available evidence to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Is digital marketing only paid advertising?
No. Channel selection, messaging, content, landing pages and measurement are considered together. Deliverables are agreed in the proposal.
Do you also manage Meta ads?
Meta advertising can be included in a digital marketing engagement. Campaign format, account access, creative and reporting are scoped in advance.
Do we need to be on every platform?
No. We do not recommend investing in channels that lack a clear role for your audience or budget.
Is SEO included?
Search visibility and website content may be discussed as part of the strategy. Ongoing technical SEO or a separate SEO engagement must be explicitly included in the scope.
